Hours and Rules for Visiting Ramsey Creek Preserve

The preserve is open everyday during daylight hours.

​We welcome visitors, but please follow the basic rules below:

• You are welcome to have a picnic and leave fresh flowers or petals on graves.
• Hike at your own risk.
• Keep on the trails.
• No smoking.
• Keep dogs on a leash and clean up after them.
• Pack out all trash.
• Do not disturb wildlife and do not pick wildflowers.
• Do not drink water out of Ramsey Creek.
• Be careful of slick rocks in creek.
• Beware of poison ivy and check for ticks.
• Do not plant on the graves without permission from Ramsey Creek Preserve.
• Please do not add pine straw or mulch to graves.
• Do not weed.
• Do not leave items on graves.
• All plant material for graves will be provided by Ramsey Creek Preserve.
